The role of Colleague Experience and Communications Manager will be pivotal in delivering a colleague experience that amazes, amuses and surprises our colleagues to bring their best selves to work every day.

So, what do we need our Colleague Experience & Comms Manager to do?

  • Create and evolve an immersive colleague experience strategy that consistently inspires and delivers across all internal communication channels.
  • Lead the business to select, design and implement the very best tools in Internal Comms & Engagement.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to proactively anticipate communication and colleague engagement deliverables. Constructing agile internal communication plans across the business.
  • Lead a team to deliver a colleague experience through each touchpoint of the employee lifecycle. Incorporating, events, recognition, communication, workshops and listening groups, to name a few.
  • Enable colleagues to have a true voice with visible and measurable actions taken from feedback.
  • Design a strategy and select tools that will measure the success of employee engagement with clear metrics, harnessing a culture of continuous improvement and performance.


What skills, experience and behaviours will you need to succeed?

  • A fun, inspiring and creative outlook with the ability to engage the whole business on a variety of topics.
  • Positivity, innovation, collaboration and pace in bucket loads.
  • Experience of creating a variety of events and initiatives that motivate and engage colleagues thought-out the colleague lifecycle, inspiring and enabling colleagues to bring their best selves to work every day.
  • Both a strategic and operational viewpoint to ensure clear messages are communicated with a constant emphasis of brand and colleague engagement.
  • Previous experience of creating new communication channels and integrating them in the organisation.
  • Experience of organising and recording both quantitative and qualitative analysis through relevant tools and focus groups.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a natural ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of leading, working and delivering in squads would be useful.
