An exciting role to lead, inspire and empower teams within a newly structured Centre of Excellence, to deliver the very best in in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Colleague Experience

This Centre of Excellence will deliver initiatives that enable a high performing culture and delivers world class employee engagement at pace.

The role will also be responsible for the attraction, development and retention of senior talent and will be influential in the development and delivery of the People strategy.

Key to this role will be the ability to use your talents, experience and great leadership skills to ensure the delivery of measurable initiatives that build digital, international, customer obsessed capability and skills across our business.

The delivered initiatives should demonstrate a passion for our values and goals with a consistent and strong employer brand message that curates an exciting place to work

Our centre of excellence is focused on:

  • Creating exciting, unique and engaging events and media to attract the best hidden and active new talent to our business
  • Designing, experimenting and continuously evolving new ways to assess potential, skills and values, giving a memorable candidate experience aligned to our EVP and culture
  • Researching, testing and utilising tools to reach out and engage with potential talent and to deliver meaningful metric for measure success and improvement
  • Designing and developing a strong, creative, employer brand message that curates an exciting and inspiring story
  • Developing inspiring internal communication channels, messages and events to engage our colleagues
  • Developing a world class colleague experience that surprise, delights and amazes colleagues, enabling them to bring their best self to work everyday
  • Developing multiple ways of colleague feedback forums to ensure our colleagues have a voice
  • Designing and delivering creative, interesting and inclusive L&D initiatives that develop experts in their field
  • Working with Leaders to deliver a performance culture, designing solutions that are sustainable and measurable
  • Enhancing and measuring alignment our values to ensure they run through the centre of the colleague journey
  • Building strong brand advocates and excellence in leadership
