An exciting role to lead, inspire and empower teams within a newly structured Centre of Excellence, to deliver the very best in in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development

This Centre of Excellence will deliver initiatives that enable a high performing culture and delivers world class employee engagement at pace.

The role will also be responsible for the attraction, development and retention of senior talent and will be influential in the development and delivery of the People strategy.

Our centre of excellence is focused on:

  • Creating exciting, unique and engaging events and using multimedia channels to attract the best hidden and active new talent to our business
  • Designing, experimenting and continuously evolving new ways to assess potential, skills and values, giving a memorable candidate experience aligned to our EVP and culture
  • Researching, testing and utilising tools to reach out and engage with potential talent and to deliver meaningful metric for measure success and improvement
  • Developing a world class colleague experience that surprise, delights and amazes colleagues, enabling them to bring their best self to work everyday
  • Designing and delivering creative, interesting and inclusive L&D initiatives that develop experts in their field
  • Working with Leaders to deliver a performance culture, designing solutions that are sustainable and measurable
