Our creative division here at N Brown are looking for someone with an eye for style, who has a passion and enthusiasm for brand and advertising to join us as our Senior Brand and Advertising Coordinator

You will need brand, advertising and digital marketing knowledge as well as multi integrated campaigns and product marketing experience to succeed in this role!

Do you want to make a difference? You will be responsible for our brand and campaign management, campaign reporting in addition to stakeholder and agency management.

  • Assist in the development of brand creative strategies and integrated marketing campaign strategies
  • Assist in the creation of brand guidelines to bring the brand to life.
  • Ensure campaign materials are aligned to overall collateral and identity guidelines.
  • Manage agency campaign implementation under supervision of the Brand & Advertising manager
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget.
  • Work with key stakeholders to implement campaign activity including: channel marketing team, product team, digital marketing teams, business development and PR.
  • Brief external agencies including creative and media planning agencies to deliver campaign activity against brief and within budget.
  • Be responsible for the production and sourcing of all campaign materials
  • Ensure each campaign has clear metrics and ensure that campaigns are achieving appropriate return on investment in line with corporate goals.
  • Interpret and share optimisation reports of results against metrics.
  • Carry out post campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaigns.
  • Complete competitor benchmarking for promotional activity and report regularly to key stakeholders
  • Day-to-day co-ordination of external agencies to develop plans, creative, production and print that achieve ROI required per campaign
  • Coordinate campaign activity with the wider business teams to deliver campaign objectives and lead generative activity.


We are looking for an experienced creative who is customer-focused, with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers and build effective relationships. You should be able to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to successfully multi task and show strong judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
