Our Buyers are our product champions. They are responsible for sourcing and developing trend-led and highly commercial ranges that both meet and exceed our customers expectations. We are looking for an Admin Assistant on a part-time basis to join our team. You are going to work two full days per week. As an Administration Assistant; you’ll work within the Buying team to provide administrative support to keep the department running like clockwork.  Getting our administrative tasks completled with accuracy can have a big impact on how we can delight our customers every day and so it’s an important role within the team. 

You should be highly organised, have brilliant time management skills, be able to work to deadlines and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. This department is fast paced so plenty of initiative, problem solving skills and an ability to work quickly are important.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Product set up into our systems.
  • Cost price checks and amendments.
  • Administration of websites, ensuring product launches are accurate.
  • Maintaining a sample library.
  • Managing a critical path for photography.
  • General data imput tasks as required on ad-hoc basis.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Relevant degree is advantageous but not compulsory.
  • Previous experience in a similar admin role.
  • Strong excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail is key.
  • Enthusiastic, positive and adaptable in problem solving.
  • Confident both working alone and as part of a team.
