There is an exciting opportunity as the Head of Marketing to be the commercial lead of the Simply Be team, tasked with the continuation of this growth, driving online demand and ensuring we deliver the best possible customer experience throughout their journey. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and eCommerce, Rebecca Smith- this role is fundamental to delivering the commercial objectives and targets of the business.

What does success look like as Head of Marketing?

  • To lead and deliver the commercial offer and drive online sales for the Simply Be UK website, working to forecasts and managing and delivering the commercial plan.
  • Lead the team to manage the in-season trading of products online; launching new phases of products, managing in-season trading and sales, driving improvements in category bounce rate and conversion and optimising the product offer for core customer groups and business targets.
  • Manage and take the lead on delivering the best customer experience
  • Use data to develop insights into online customer behaviour and create effective strategies to optimise performance.
  • Inspire and engage our customers through the delivery of the brand experience across our websites
  • Identify and understand opportunities to improve our performance
  • Lead the Simply be team, inspire and amaze!

 

We are looking for a strong commercial Head of Marketing with drive and business acumen who can demonstrate a customer-first attitude! You will have successful experience in a digitally led ecommerce retail environment, preferably fashion retail. You will show a commercial understanding and championing of customers, with a strong opinion to shape and drive the strategy forward.
