Based in our offices in the heart of Manchester‘s vibrant Northern Quarter, we have a fantastic opportunity in our International team for a Site Optimisation Executive.

In this role as Site Optimisation Executive, you will assist in the planning, creation and analysis of experiments that provide the understanding about how to improve the customer experience which will in turn allow you to help improve sales conversion rates across our simply be website

  • Use data to monitor and measure activity on-site identifying potential issues and drop-off points, using these to create a testing plan which you will update and maintain with the goal of improving web KPIs such as conversion, average order value and presenting these
  • Liaise with other teams such as the Web Development and Design teams to create, develop and put tests live
  • Monitor the performance of all testing, using an iterative approach, optimising and refining to work towards goals of improving web KPIs
  • Create and maintain a testing plan (via Monetate) with clear suggestions and goals based on data and customer feedback.
  • Collate reporting and analysis’ and make recommendations and suggestions from these findings
  • Work closely with other key teams to monitor traffic coming in from key digital marketing channels and optimise performance using testing, feeding back on key learnings and results


We’re looking for a smart, passionate and ambitious optimisation executive with proven experience in a commercial optimisation / UX environment                                                                                                                                                 

  • Experience implementing AB test / Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) / Personalisation activity
  • Good understanding and a genuine enthusiasm for user-centred design methods and principles
  • Strong analytical mind set with extensive use of web analytics / UX research tools
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, driven and with a willingness to learn
