Here within the People Team at N Brown we are on the lookout for a customer obsessed, collaborative and inspirational Learning Lead!

Talent and tech savvy, you will provide fresh, fun, future focused learning that’s just enough, just in time and just for you! You should be able to demonstrate the ability to adapt to the pace of change, and always have an eye on what’s new and hot in Talent! Just like a magnet you will draw people to learning, accelerating organisational capability!

As Learning Lead you will be responsible for:

 

  • Creation and curation of learning experience that drives capability through a global learning ecosystem 
  • Understanding the business problem 
  • Supporting performance 
  • Managing learning 
  • Evaluating impact 

You will join a community of builders and facilitators, connectors and enablers in order for our colleagues to excel in their roles and unlock their true potential. If you are action orientated, brave with excellent networking and relationship building skills read on!

  • Understanding of best practices and tools 
  • Be a brilliant listener, empathetic, and adaptable to different needs and behaviours across the business 
  • Creating and maintaining digital learning assets for personal development plans, leadership and management development, learning pathway creation, and teams  
  • Facilitation of workshops to colleagues and leaders 
  • Strong research and project management skills
