Here within N Brown we have an opportunity for a CRM Senior Marketing Coordinator to join us to oversee one our department store brands. You will be responsible for supporting the customer centric, data driven CRM strategy to strengthen customer engagement and drive long term customer value!

As our CRM Coordinator you will successfully execute customer selections and trigger-based communications to deliver an effective personalised contact strategy whilst working cross-functionally to align and optimise the customer journey.

We are looking for someone to support digital engagement through channel innovation and personalisation – mobile, email, app, web and to develop an understanding of customer behaviour and levers to improve customer conversion, order frequency and spend.

Your role as CRM Marketing Superstar:

  • Execute the delivery of the contact strategy across all channels
  • Focus on improving marketing ROI as part of the digital transformation workstream, particularly the reduction in paper dependency
  • Support rigorous test plans to optimise customer performance and channel efficiency
  • Work cross functionally to develop other opportunities to engage with the customer across all channels – display, social, app, sms etc
  • Support Credit opportunities to maximise credit uptake and participation
  • To implement the segmentation of the Brand database to drive customer programmes and improve long term quality, and profitability, of the customer file
  • Monitor test activity and analyse results to drive the sales plan
  • To implement and monitor the discount strategy and plan for the brand
  • To work within the investment plan for retention activity ensuring budgets are kept planning and within budget
  • Implementing and managing exciting multi-channel CRM campaigns to support brand objectives, including creative execution, customer selection, test activity and analysis of results
  • Build relationships and ccollaborate with the internal teams across Marketing, PR, Buying and Merchandising
  • Budget management
  • Managing one direct report

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Previous/current Marketing experience within a customer/consumer centric role (e.g. Retail)
  • Previous CRM (Customer Relationship management) experience
  • Commercial understanding
  • Experience of campaign planning through to execution
  • Proven experience of working with, interpreting and analysing data through excel
