We are driving the growth of our power brands more aggressively and building our online business to meet the needs and match the shopping patterns of our customer.  Rethinking the approach to planning and forecasting starting from a digital standpoint, we are disrupting the landscape of digital advertising.

As we continue to invest heavily in delivering our digital strategy, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our Performance Media department for a Project and Trading Coordinator to work across our well-known power brands. This role will be responsible for implementing cross channel projects and reporting on our digital strategy through PPC, Display, Paid Social and Affiliate Channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measuring and reporting on the success of digital campaigns against set objectives and targets
  • Analysing results and insight, challenging digital channel owners/agencies on performance to ensure all channels are performing to target.
  • Understand overarching Brand and digital channel strategy, able to challenge with insight.
  • Coordinating reports and insight to key senior stakeholders.
  • Liaising with members of our Brand, Ecommerce, planning, finance teams on media team actions, forecasting and trading performance.
  • Coordinating budget across digital channels
  • Project managing cross channel digital projects and campaign launches, ensuring all channels/agencies/suppliers are briefed on activity and achieves deadline.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of digital projects, ensuring objectives are met and provide feedback to manager to help improve processes
  • Ensuring a positive and proactive relationship with our external agency


Mandatory Skills:

  • Min 2 years’ experience within a digital performance role or Proven PPC, Programmatic Display, Paid Social or Affiliate experience
  • Excellent numeracy and excel skills with an analytical mindset
  • Results orientated and commercially focused approach, with a full understanding of financial implications of campaigns.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Analytical and creative approach to identify opportunities and focus on ROI
  • Excellent communications skills in a variety of formats, written, verbal, presentations etc
  • A passion for digital marketing, and enjoy constant industry change and development
  • Organisation skills
  • Drive to complete
