To help deliver this we have an opportunity for a CRM Coordinator to join us to oversee one of our fastest growing brands – Jacamo. As a brand whose customer base is growing rapidly year on year, the CRM Coordinator will be responsible for supporting with the impressive CRM strategy, driving customer loyalty, improving retention and customer personalisation.

As CRM Coordinator:

  1. To plan and deliver the ECRM communication programmes to retain customers across all stages of the lifecycle with a particular focus on email and push channels.
  2. To create and manage a plan to optimise, test and improve all automated email programmes to drive up key metrics.
  3. Support on campaign emails.
  4. To report on email performance and KPIs including commercial, engagement and industry benchmarks.
  5. To provide support to the CRM Manager on key projects with a focus on implementation to include customer segmentation and loyalty.
  6. To manage existing data processes, feeds, automations and technology.
  7. To support the CRM manager in developing and evolving the customer comms channels.
  8. To manage the relationship with the brand charity partner; Prostate Cancer UK to help raise awareness and drive donations.
  9. Management of a CRM Executive.
  10. Build relationships with and ccollaborate with the internal teams across Marketing, PR, Buying and Merchandising
  11. Any other duties required by the CRM Manager that are appropriate with the post, grade and level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Previous/current Marketing experience within a customer/consumer centric role (e.g. Retail)
  • Commercial understanding
  • Proficient in email marketing, on a platform such as Responsys or something similar.
  • Proven experience of working with, interpreting and analysing data
  • A creative flair
  • Open-minded, flexible and positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, work on own initiative, and a team player is a must
  • Strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with an ability to manage a varied workload, to tight deadlines
