N Brown are super excited about our new in-house Photo Studio and we are looking to recruit a Lead Model and Still Life Stylist. If you are pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the product image quality, we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for leading a team of three stylists, working closely with our in-house Studio Team and contributing to the delivery of consistent, high quality model & still life photography in line with the Product and Brand Style Guides. You will support the creation of product assets for all the N Brown channels, within a highly productive photo studio environment, including the delivery of innovative HTML5 moving assets for the digital channels.

Your role as Lead Stylist:

  • Be responsible for the receipt, preparation (including ironing/steaming), and return of samples, in union with the in-house sample team. Execute processes efficiently, maintaining and ensuring all daily volumes, deadlines and deliverables are met, resolving creative challenges by using appropriate resources and/or solutions
  • Follow and contribute to the development of the Creative style guidelines to ensure all images and HTML5 assets are on-brand and consistent.
  • Work closely with the team and support Fit Sessions and the adaptation of the ‘HILP’ model moves guide.
  • Support the studio team to dress models and still life sets to match guidelines, whilst adhering to the high productivity requirements
  • Maintain current knowledge of competitive landscape and fashion trends and contribute to the future development of model & still life assets to the business.
  • Ensure styling consumables and equipment are maintained and replenished.  Maintain a tidy and organised work environment throughout the day

We are looking for a stylist with sound knowledge of styling tools and techniques and a meticulous eye for detail. This will be a busy studio therefore strong organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure is key to success!
