We’re looking for an experienced, commercial Marketing professional with a track record in the development and delivery of CRM. As CRM & Loyalty Coordinator you will be working across all three brands within the Department stores portfolio. Your main focus will be to deliver the Loyalty CRM strategy for one of the power brands, JD Williams. To drive performance and loyalty of the customer through all available channels working cross functionally to align and optimise the customer journey.
Working with the CRM Manager, you will be supporting the strategy across all three department store brands to drive marketing activities to support both consumer file growth and demand growth by the execution of profitable activity. We are looking for someone to support digital engagement through personalisation – mobile, email, app, web and paper to develop an understanding of customer behaviour and levers to improve customer conversion, order frequency and spend.
As well as strong campaign management skills, You should be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a positive outlook. You’ll be flexible and resilient when plans or processes change, and a confident communicator with the ability to liaise with and influence colleagues at all levels of the business.
What you’ll need to succeed:
•Previous/current Marketing experience within a customer/consumer centric role (e.g. Retail)
•Previous CRM (Customer Relationship management) experience
•Experience of campaign planning through to execution
•Proven experience of working with, interpreting and analysing data
