As a Social Media Co-ordinator you’ll be responsible for helping to increase the digital profile of the brand across both UK and international platforms, growing customer loyalty through creative and engaging social content. We want someone who is a self-starter, with a love for creative story-telling through fun and engaging content. You will need to understand our customer and illustrate that you can generate your own content in a creative, efficient, innovative and proactive way.

You’ll work as part of an award-winning team and particularly close with the Senior Social Media Co-ordinators and the Head of Social to create and deliver brand-appropriate content to meet KPI’s and deliver engaging, ‘on-brand’ customer experiences.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Daily maintenance and responsibility of social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube etc. including timely responses, sharing brand assets and relevant creative engagements.
  • Working cross-functionally with other key stakeholders in the business such as PR, Brand, SEO, Creative and Product. Holding strong working relationships.
  • Ensuring all content is delivered in the appropriate brand tone of voice.
  • Monitoring and reporting of social statistics using web analytics software.
  • Working with creative team and/or external agencies to develop content & assets for digital campaigns.
  • Delivering on all logistics and admin tasks needed to deliver social media campaigns
  • Help to create and manage a refreshed influencer programme for the brand.


What you will need:

  • Strong experience in the social media sector, whether in house or in an agency.
  • Retail experience ideal
  • In depth knowledge of social media, and executing against business objectives essential.
  • Passion for creativity
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong writing skills and an eye for detail.
  • A strong-sense of teamwork.
