An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Partnerships team for a Marketing Partnerships Executive. You will be owning and managing the relationship between our key media agencies, this role will ensure regular communication between the business and agency is maintained.

As Marketing Executive you will also work with the Marketing Coordinator to identify new areas of opportunity such as new advertisers, marketing channels and sampling.

You will also support the development of our power brands loyalty programmes, helping to source suitable rewards for our customers.

Additional Key areas of Responsibility:

  • Building excellent relationships with internal brand teams, external agencies & mailings houses
  • Ensure our 3rd party agencies are provided, informed and updated
  • Support and assist with the execution of sampling campaigns. Approve campaigns with the brand teams, liaise with the agency and manage logistics with the warehouse
  • Work closely with brand teams to secure their engagement in the programme
  • Analysing and segmenting the database to look at avenues to increase revenues
  • Oversee invoice reconciliation
  • Support the sourcing of partners across our power brand’s loyalty programmes, developing an understanding “who” our customer is & what products appeal to them


What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a positive outlook
  • Excellent communications skills in a variety of formats, written, verbal, presentations etc


Desirable skills:

  • Experience of working with and maintaining excellent relationships with external agencies
  • Proven experience of managing campaigns within a commercial setting
