Our team supports the product teams to ensure that the supply chain is robust, fully compliant and in line with the N Brown CSR Charter. The role encompasses supplier set up, supplier auditing, ongoing supplier management and support with key projects and relationship management with our colleagues across the group as well as with external organisations.

Your role will include:

Administrative support:

  • Providing support for the CSR / Sourcing Team and Head Of as required
  • Gatekeeper and organiser of the CSR and Sourcing team meetings.
  • Supporting Supplier meetings.
  • General support to key projects and Research.

Supplier Management:

  • Up keep and maintenance of Supplier data base.
  • Due Diligence of supplier data,(collating and storing supplier audits).
  • Supporting continuous improvement in compliance (Maintenance of the corporate and brand websites with up to date CSR and ethical information
  • Supporting Supplier on-boarding and gate keeper process. Including supporting the implementation of new supplier portal.

What you’ll need to succeed:

The CSR team is small but perfectly formed that supports the developing needs of an innovative business model.

The successful candidate will need to be proactive, enthusiastic and have a genuine passion for product and sustainability. Key skills essential for the role will include excellent communication and organisation skills, being adaptable, flexible to work effectively with the team as well as under your own initiative and having strong excel skills would also be advantageous. All of the above form your personal tool kit and are essential to bringing your best self to work.
