As our Senior Digital Analyst, you will collaborate with key teams, such as Trading, Media and Planning, to deliver and present analytics and reports to drive decision making. You will manage projects from end to end, be proactive in problem solving and make recommendations to improve the customer/user experience and hit business KPIs.

Additional key responsibilities as Senior Analyst:

  • Make recommendations for improved digital performance for users
  • Line manage as well as develop analysts in the wider team
  • Be proactive in briefing out requests for information/analyses and ensure high calibre outputs are delivered on time
  • Partner Trading and Media and be a subject matter expert across Marketing.
  • Make commercially sound recommendations based on analytical findings and be proactive in supporting delivering these
  • Create dashboards as and when required

What you will need to succeed as a Customer Insight Digital Analyst:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a commercial setting
  • Expert in a Web Analytics tool (for example Google Analytics, Adobe analytics or Celebrus)
  • Experience of engaging, influencing and managing stakeholders well
  • Experience of managing projects from start to finish
  • Strong communication, business partnering and presentation skills
  • Open-minded, flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to embrace challenges and to learn
  • Strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with an ability to manage a varied workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Degree / MSc qualified within a relevant discipline (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, IT or Marketing etc) is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience of analysing digital marketing campaigns
  • Highly desirable is experience in analysing data from Search Ads 360, Social media platforms such as Facebook, etc. 
  • Experience of SQL or Python/R or other analytical programming languages is also desirable.
  • Experience of (next generation) BI tools such as Power BI, Qlikview or Tableau is also desirable
  • Experience of App analytics is also desirable
