Covering our impressive Global Head Office and Logistic sites, the Head of Workplace and Engineering will be the key driver in leading the operational strategies across the N Brown facilities, workplace and engineering as well as implementing and ensuring a safe, fully functioning and attractive workplace for all N Brown employees and 3rd party suppliers. As our Head of Workplace and Engineering, you will be responsible for motivating and developing a multi-disciplined workforce existing of experienced professional engineers, facilities managers and facilities operatives, which is why we’re looking for a driven and experienced Head of Facilities who understands what great looks like and knows how to achieve this.
Experience within facilities management/ engineering management/ business management is a must as you will be the subject matter expert overseeing multiple facets with a particular focus on legislation, regulation & compliance. Working closely with the Director of Supply Chain, you will implement a progressive workforce culture, build great alliances with key stakeholders in the business and maintain up to date knowledge of H&S legislation
