An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Marketing Partnerships division working across all power brands on multi-channel campaigns, digital advertising and loyalty.  We are looking for a marketing superstar who has a passion for digital marketing, brand management and enjoys constant industry change and development!

You will have excellent communications skills in a variety of formats, written, verbal, presentations and confident presenting to external brands and suppliers. This varied role spans across loyalty, partnership marketing, Google Ad X as well as administrative support.

Your responsibilities as Marketing Executive:

Loyalty

  • Support across brand loyalty schemes, predominantly Simply Be Perks, working on identifying new and existing partners
  • Maintaining the tracker to ensure all actions are up to date
  • Actively seeking new partners to work with on a long-term basis
  • Managing relationships with partners
  • Monthly market research of the latest trends relevant to our customers and presenting back to the team with scope to approach and source new products
  • Supporting with events including planning, researching and attending
  • Tracking the Perks budget to ensure we are being as cost effective as possible
  • Managing the Partner Activity Form admin to ensure all suppliers are set up correctly ahead of activity going live

Partnership Marketing

  • Support the growth of strategic partnerships by coordinating meetings with brands and starting conversations around paid advertising
  • Build relationships with brands to ensure repeat campaigns
  • Desk research – liaising with buyers in regard to suitable brands, find out their annual sales across each of our brands and budget
  • Support with the implementation of campaigns by liaising with our internal brand teams to ensure campaigns continue to progress
  • Keep an eye on the wider partnership market. What are competitors doing and how could we do this? Monthly update of the wider partnership market.
  • Approach suitable brands we don’t already work with to look at how we could work with them e.g. Perks, sponsorship etc

Google Ad X

  • Support the growth of Google Ad X by keeping a monthly record of money made
  • Run weekly reports to check revenue and where there is further opportunity
