Here at N Brown we are looking for a Brand Production Manager! It’s a very exciting time within Production and we are looking to appoint a superstar to lead the team!

You will have excellent knowledge of Photographic brand direction, styling and image production and styling and photographic trends. A meticulous eye for detail with operational production in mind whilst ensuring creativity with strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure! We are looking for someone who is pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the product image quality with the ability to absorb creative change, to be flexible in your approach and easily adapt to working with new teams.

Key purpose of the role:

  • Brand liaison and briefing style guide pack owner for photography, online & offline production
  • Working closely with the Studio and Creative teams, constantly review and ensure the Studio360 briefing packs are up to date and accurate for the brands and styles.
  • Support the Studio Team to on-board any updates and provide guidance for the photo teams to capture consistent and accurate images for all brands and product types.
  • Own the on-boarding of new graphics packs and brand strategies into Marketing Production
  • Be the liaison between Buying, Marketing, Creative and Marketing Production

Your role as Brand Production Manager:

  • Be the lead for Marketing Production with the Product team and general Buying and Marketing management, sharing updates, outputs and facilitating monthly and seasonal reviews.
  • Be the lead for Marketing Production for online & offline briefing and on-boarding of updated packs and strategies.
  • Be the lead for Marketing Production in the Studio to provide guidance to the teams and review the daily output looking for constant improvements in styling, views and general output to attain maximum operational productivity, whilst delivering to the agreed guidelines.
  • Manage change and follow the agreed change process review and evaluation for all channels, for internal and external Marketing Production Partners and teams
  • Support Model selection, testing and on-boarding.
  • Own the creative standards review for Marketing production and provide frequent meetings and briefings to constantly update the briefing packs.
  • Own and manage the versioning of all studio documentation, including updates, briefing and testing.
  • Work closely with the team and support Fit/Range Sessions and the adaptation of the ‘HILP’ model moves guide.
  • Maintain current knowledge of competitive landscape and fashion trends and contribute to the future development of model & still life assets to the business.
