As Brand Site Optimisation and Testing Coordinator you will support the e-Commerce manager, to deliver the Ecommerce strategy achieving the online category sales and customer / visitor conversion targets. You will be tasked to develop and deliver brand site conversion opportunities, working cross-functionally to maximise site and category demand and new and repeat customer conversion.

Joining the Fashionworld Team, we are looking for someone with commercial and project management skills who is used to working cross-functionally within an ecommerce environment! We are looking for someone with experience in the use of digital / ecommerce tools e.g. Multi variant testing tools, google analytics, core metrics or similar digital solutions.

  • To develop and manage a specific brand site optimisation plan across all devices, that will support and maximise conversion for all traffic, category and promotional activities.
  • Working closely with the conversion rate optimisation team, propose brand site testing and optimisation requirements to maximise the conversion rate of new and existing customers, 
  • Support the manager to deliver a continuous improvement approach to the customer journey utilising creative execution, promotions and personalisation to drive improved experience and conversion.
  • Analyse and provide reports to monitor demand and conversion metrics / performance across customer segments and device types. Provide insight and recommendations to ensure performance stays on track to achieve targets.
  • Support the manager to work cross-functionally with the digital team to ensure that traffic objectives (category and customer) are being met and conversion opportunities are being optimised
  • To contribute to trading the season to maximise demand and profit against plan using the product bank, channels and traffic to optimum advantage.
