Here within our Customer Analytics at N Brown we are on the lookout for An Analytical Business Partner. This role will drive a business partner relationship with each of our brands through requirements gathering, provision of agile analytics and providing consultancy on what the art of the possible is with Insight. 

Your team will need to be closely aligned with each brand’s strategy and to live and breathe their specific goals and objectives.  The team will undertake analysis and provide insight and crucially partner with the rest of Customer Insight to involve individuals on a tactical and project-basis. 

As a Commercial Analytics leader, your role is crucial in enabling our Marketing teams drive the strategy for the brand and improve customer experience, relevancy and ultimately trading performance. You will lead and inspire a small team to extract value from our digital tools and customer data, enabling our digital first vision.  The team will also drive stand-alone projects that are aligned to the requirements of the overall business.

Your role as Customer Analytics Business Partner:

  • Manage Business Partner relationships
  • Working across Marketing at Senior Level to champion, influence and exploit the agenda for Customer Analytics
  • Contribute to the research for assessment, introduction and rollout of tools and technology platforms for analytics, automation, insights and visualization
  • Empower and partner with key decision makers to ensure timely, comprehensive and insightful information that has business impact
  • Act as a senior business partner to capture requirements and provide consultancy to the Senior Marketing team.
  • Conduct research and development on the latest tools & techniques; whilst improving on current methods and introducing new ways of sourcing data
  • Conduct research and adopt best practices in establishing business analytics platforms, systems and approaches
  •  Lead and develop a small team

We are looking for someone who is grounded in traditional customer data and experienced in handling large customer data sets. You will be thought and practice leading in the integration and analysis of digital, media and social data and have the vision and ability to take data and apply highly effective analytical methodologies to drive useful Digital insights for the Marketing team. Ideally you will have a statistical background, be comfortable with segmentation and modelling techniques and be extremely well grounded in Digital Analytics tools
