We’re looking for a Social Media Co-ordinator to lead the social activity for one of N Brown’s power brands. The role will involve complete ownership of the social media planning and activation for the brand. You’ll be responsible for helping to increase the digital profile, and growing customer loyalty and engagement through creative, engaging content.


We want someone who is a self-starter, with a love for creative story-telling. You will need to understand our customer and illustrate that you can generate your own content in an efficient, innovative and proactive way.You’ll work as part of an award-winning team to create and deliver strategic plans, meeting KPI’s.


What you’ll be responsible for as Social Media Superstar here at N Brown:

  • Daily maintenance and responsibility of social media channels.
  • Working cross-functionally with other key stakeholders in the business such as PR, Brand, SEO, Creative and Product.
  • Applying your skill to ensure content is delivered in the appropriate brand tone of voice.
  • Monitoring and reporting of social statistics.
  • Developing and managing influencer programmes.
  • Managing budgets.


What you will need:

  • At least three years’ experience in the social media sector, in house or in an agency.
  • Retail / Fashion experience is ideal.
  • Experience of executing social media against business objectives.
  • Passion for creativity and design.
  • Excellent communication skills, including blog writing experience.
  • Ability to hold strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
