With the growth in activity across our impressive Head Office and logistic sites, we are looking for a Project Manager (Facilities and Logistics) to join us on a temporary basis to help with the full management of projects from inception to completion. As our Project Manager (Facilities and Logistics), you will be responsible for delivering physical workplace change across the N Brown portfolio of properties including our Head Office to our multiple logistic sites, all with the aim of making the environment a great place to work. 

Experience within similar role is a must as you will be the subject matter working closely with various stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers across the business. A passion for people, working to time frames and health and safety is exactly what we’re craving in the right person for this role. 

What else you’ll be doing as our Project Manager (Facilities and Logistics):   

  • Project Management of capital investment projects across the N brown property portfolio (for example refurbishment, fit out, minor works and life cycle replacement) 

  • Working with stakeholders (internal and external) to identify needs and deliverables 

  • Working closely with Procurement to obtain quotes, evaluate costs and where required value engineer proposed works to remain within budget.  

  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained at all times.  

  • Aftercare support which also includes managing the delivery of any remedial works after completion 

  • Working with the Faculties teams to develop and embed facilities / operation procedures that support the new workplaces. 

  • Responsible for allocation of project budgets, including reactive and planned maintenance, projects and energy in line with agreed objectives. 

What we need from you: 

  • A relevant qualification within the sector; membership of the Association of Project managers (APM) is advantageous 

  • NEBOSH/IOSH Certification in Health & Safety 

  • Extensive experience within Project Management with an impressive portfolio of projects managed 

  • Demonstrable high understanding of health and safety  

  • Stakeholder management both internal and external 

  • Commercial awareness and experience of budget management  

  • Management of people, resources and communication 

  • Strong ability to communication at all business levels.
