Reporting into our Director of Engineering, the Technology team are looking for future-thinking leaders for our Head of Engineering opportunities to lead our digital transformation…

What’s great is that these positions plays a key role in ensuring that we not only reach our ambitious engineering goals, but wider organisational strategy at a healthy pace. You’ll work alongside a team of highly inspiring, experienced technology leaders; innovative, forward-thinking visionaries who are passionate about making impactful change for our customers and people but a team who don't take things too seriously and have a laugh along the way.

What we’re after:

  • Several years' experience with technical thought leadership across a broad range of technologies and solutions, excited to get your hands dirty with the squad group
  • Proven track-record of owning end-to-end digital engineering processes; including software delivery, QA, agile/lean delivery, service management, technology strategy and architecture
  • An understanding through experience of how to work with key stakeholders to define an aligned, sustainable business and engineering roadmap
  • You’ll be an exemplary leader who knows how to build a robust culture of engineering excellence, someone who can guide their teams through change in this ever-evolving world of technology 
  • Experience building future-fit, in-house engineering capability, ways of working practices and a true squad mentality
  • An ability to naturally identify and promote continuous improvement and innovation opportunities with a view to build a growth-mindset culture across the wider organisation
  • Keenness to get out there and represent Digital Engineering and your organisation – we want you to get as involved as possible in the wider technology community to share knowledge and ideate
