Administrator - (Buying Ladieswear) - 6 month FTC

An exciting role has arisen for a strong Administrator to work to work as part of our successful Ladieswear team on a 6 month contract.

The role will involve providing support to the Buyer, Buying team and company enabling all processes to operate effectively. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Updating data on various systems and running reports to outline range performance.
  • Assisting our QA department to help with sealing samples and distribution of samples to Head office.
  • Merchandise Support -  At busy periods you be required to input relevant information on company systems 
  • Import administration – you will help collate information on direct buys and keep a central log of information for reporting.
  • Request samples and return samples to suppliers and help manage the sample room.
  • Prepare information for brief sheets, collate & copy brief sheets and follow up queries and missing information
  • Prepare accurately & distribute contracts to suppliers, and ensure all are signed and returned on time. Update supplier database when needed.  Follow-up contact with suppliers - sending terms of trading, requesting samples and setting up meetings, sending carry forward letters pre-season.
  • General Admin.  Maintaining files and systems.
  • Office Support.  General office support needed including help in answering office door, distribute incoming and prepare outgoing post when needed. Organise team lunches as required and any other actions that may arise
