Working within the Financial Services department within N Brown, the Communications Co-Ordinator will play a pivotal role in being the key contact, and representative, for all internal and external comms regarding N Brown Financial Services. As our Communications Co-Ordinator you will also act as the key liaison point for Financial Services communications ensuring alignment on tone of voice, content and approach to internal and external customers.
Additional role duties also include:
Write, edit, and distribute content, including Non-Marketing Customer and Incident Management correspondence and Financial Services intranet
Collaborate with Financial Services management to develop and implement effective communications strategies with guidance from the Director of Financial Service Operations
Ensure that all Financial Services customer communications meet with the relevant regulatory requirements and maintain a consistent design and tone of voice
Resolve any identified issues with Financial Services communications content in a timely and professional manner
Working with the Operational Strategy Department, assess and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies
Establish and maintain effective relationships within the Financial Services division and with other divisions across the N Brown group to support the delivery of Financial Services strategic projects and initiatives
What we're looking for:
An accomplished communications professional with a proven track record in coordinating and supporting engagement and communications projects. If you have gained this within a Consumer Credit or Regulatory environment, then this is ideal but not essential.
Outstanding excellent verbal and written communication skills and be first class in creating and implementing effective comms plans.
Exceptional people skills. You’ll be able to see projects through from conception to execution, and welcome feedback.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to develop relations across the business, as well as with partner organisations and other external bodies.
You should be digitally literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
