N Brown are currently recruiting for a number of Fraud Advisors to join our Financial Services department. As our Fraud Advisor your primary aim will be to work closely to prevent potential fraud attacks by reviewing orders and select customer accounts for any anomalies or fraudulent activity.  

 

This is the perfect role if you have excellent investigative skills, with an aptitude for problem solving all while still delivering a great customer experience.  

 

As our Fraud Advisor you will also be required to: 

  • Analyse, understand and review information on customer accounts, looking for unusual activities and challenging any areas of concern 

  • Engage with customers and potential victims of fraud and managing these incidences  

  • Support in implementing next course of action and communicate and feedback decisions when required 

  • Deal with every customer in an appropriate, courteous and professional manner, ensuring that their interests are at the heart of everything we do 

 

Skills needed to succeed in this role:  

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Excellent customer service skills 

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office  

  • Evidence of being an effective and strong communicator 

  • Strong problem-solving skills  

  • Ability to make decisions within tight deadlines 

  • Flexibility to pick up tasks within the team, dependent upon where the priority at any given time lies
