As logistics Administrator here at N Brown logistics in Shaw, your role will be to manage the returns administration process for all 2 Man products, deal with all incoming carrier related escalations, manage customer uplift requests as well as support with Claims and GNR analysis.


To succeed in this role, you should be able to demonstrate the ability to work efficiently as part of a team and use your own initiative showing self-motivation and the ability to plan and organise your time and work load effectively.


As a Reverse Logistics Administrator, you will also need to show a basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and be able to set and achieve deadlines & performance standards


As an administrator here in logistics you will:


  • Manage customer uplift requests by arranging a collection for faulty/unwanted products with the relevant carrier. Following the process through to ensure the goods get collected and trying to ensure the customer receives a positive experience.
  • Track and attain PODs for returns back to their original shipping point, passing information to the Compliance and Claims Coordinator to submit goods lost in transit claims where appropriate.
  • Manage the DD Supplier debit process, liaising with the griffin house DD team.
  • Deal with all incoming carrier related escalations from the Call Centre and ensuring that carriers provide an adequate response to our customers.
  • Liaise with QA department, highlighting high returning lines.
  • Support the Compliance and Claims Coordinator with GNR checking and reporting.
  • Provide support holiday/absence cover for the Compliance and Claims Coordinator and Distribution Coordinator when needed.
  • Provide support to the Distribution Manager as and when required.
