Our Direct Dispatch team are recruiting for an enthusiastic administrator to work within their experienced team to manage Direct Despatch orders. You’ll work to key timeframes to make sure we are delivering our customers items efficiently and on time.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and managing Direct Despatch orders to the point of despatch ensuring SLA`s and customer expectations are met
  • Working closely with Suppliers, Merchandise and Customer Service colleagues to ensure customers are kept informed at all times with timely and accurate delivery information
  • Working closely with Merchandise teams and external third party suppliers to ensure stock and components are in the right place at the right time
  • Assigning and answering customer escalations as speedily as possible
  • Attending internal and external meetings with Buying and Merchandising
  • Effectively and efficiently resolving any order transmission issues

What you’ll need to succeed:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual, qualified to GCSE level or equivalent with a good standard of English & Maths

You’ll need to be a quick learner with excellent numerical skills, great organisation and analytical skills, along with a flexible approach. You should be passionate about learning with a desire to exceed expectations in terms of service delivery. This role requires regular liaison with both colleagues and external suppliers so it’s essential that you are a confident communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions.

You will be a natural team player; able to work well with others in a fast paced and responsive environment. You must also be PC literate and comfortable using MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
