This is a great time to join our digital technology function; the technical landscape at N Brown is changing at pace, as we’ve recently implemented our new Hybris commerce platform and Oracle Enterprise Planning suite. We have a vast and exciting technology portfolio of change to deliver to support our digital transformation and we need you to be part of it! You will be responsible for working with the IT Commercial Procurement team in the design of a technology supplier strategy and category plan, ensuring our partners are providing great knowledge and value and supporting us on both our transformational and technology journey.


Working closely with our colleagues from across our business, you will be responsible for:

  • Running all partner and supplier engagements in collaboration with Commerical Procurement and internal stakeholders who will be but not limited to:
    • Service
    • Operations
    • Engineering
  • Agreeing and delivering key partnership objectives for all aspcts of performance metrics, process and continuous improvement, lifecycle management, risk and criticality management, compliance, supplier segmentation, governance models (RACI), CSR and sustainability 
  • Working with Commerical Procurement to ensure suppliers have clearly defined metrics that are measure success through a commerical review process 
  • Working with Architecture to develop a clear technology roadmap and the supporting business plan with a return on investment case


What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Comprehensive experience of driving and managing a large variety of commercial partners and suppliers
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence people at all levels, display tenacity to achieve objective with the confidence to deliver to tight deadlines
  • High level stakeholder identification and management skills using RACI principals in communication and reporting
  • Extensive experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment with strong facilitation, analytical and organisational skills
  • Demonstrable analytical skills such that you are able to assimilate complex commercial proposals, financial models and contractual payment obligations
  • Robust commercial and financial acumen to understand and challenge budgets, performance against them, cost reduction targets to control costs and maximise profitability
