We are looking for an Associate Product Owner - Data Feeds to help us provide a seamless link between Marketing and Technology through various improvement initiatives, identified using the latest and greatest web analytics, customer research and testing tools. It’s an exciting time to be a part of the Technology team as we transition into a fantastic new way of working that will enable us to deliver faster and better – this means that you’ll be working on some highly visible projects, bringing your SME, passion and keenness to help us take our digital experiences to the next level.

 

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Establish and deliver data feeds to support marketing activity, acting as a SME on latest news, trends and data file specifications with regards to data feeds.
  • Manage and own the relationship with any 3rd party data feed company (ie Channel Advisor)
  • Investigate document and deliver data feed requirements / changes for both data and systems, including implementing and improve automated processes and monitoring around data feeds
  • Set-up and maintain category mappings
  • Review and deliver changes / improvements to product data content
  • Run periodic secret shopper audits
  • Daily checks of feed transfers, filters and errors, managing, escalating and resolving any data feed issues (failing feeds, data amends)
  • Responsible for data feed business rules (new and existing)
  • Manage, report, prioritize and escalate production problems affecting customer’s digital experience online.

What we’re after?:

  • Technical understanding of Paid Media product data feeds – best practices in terms of channel requirements, file format & delivery mechanism
  • Commercial awareness of the wider digital retail landscape
  • A sound knowledge of Paid Media & how each channel plays a role in the overall Paid ecosystem
  • Manage & prioritise a varied workload and conflicting deadlines
  • Positive and agile approach
  • Strong written & communication skills
