We are on the lookout for a Dialler and Operational Analyst to join our Contact centre in Manchester city centre.

Things you should know:

As our Dialler and Control Analyst you will be responsible for overseeing the Data / MI elements of the Contact Strategy to help with the deployment of resource across the departments within our contact centre- Financial Services and Customer Services. You will be ensuring that cost effectively optimising service levels are met as well as ensuring we are maximising performance in line with business strategy and our customers’ expectations.

You will manage the running of the dialler departmental work schedule to ensure productivity is maxed, make recommendations, distribute reports, manage KPI’s and incident manage to ensure we continue with the high standard of quality of service output.

Things we need from you:

  • Basic knowledge of Dialler / SMS technology
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy, with a focus on Excel
  • Confidence in delivering presentations/ reports
  • Proven organisational and prioritisation skills
  • SQL knowledge desirable
  • Knowledge of Collections / Financial recovery desirable but not essential
