As Head of Marketing your primary focus will be to drive profitable online growth through trading activity and ensure we deliver the best possible customer experience! Reporting to the FS Commercial Director, this role is fundamental to delivering the commercial objectives and targets of the business.

We are looking for a customer obsessed, commercially driven marketeer with excellent stakeholder management skills with proven experience in a digitally led ecommerce retail environment, preferably with experience in point of sale financial services.

Your role as Head of Financial Services Marketing:

  • To lead the promotion and communication of our Financial Services proposition across all brands.  Attracting and retaining customers who trade using the credit facility, with a focus on maximising customer lifetime value, working to forecasts and managing and delivering the commercial plan.
  • Lead the team to manage the financial services proposition for each brand, ensuring online visibility and prominence in accordance with the agreed strategy for each brand. 
  • Working closely with the FS product team, ensure the FS proposition is relevant to customers across each branch, running targeted campaigns for new and existing products and customers, driving improvements in conversion and optimising the FS offer for core customer groups and business targets.
  • Delivering the best customer experience possible! leading your teams to optimise the online performance of credit prospects, new and existing credit customers, and deliver against customer performance goals such as demand per account and response rate.
  • Use data to develop insights into online customer behaviour and using this data, identify opportunities for improvement in performance and create effective strategies to optimise performance.
  • Inspire and engage our customers across our websites and all communications, working closely with the brand teams to support the delivery of the brand personality and objectives; creating inspiring content, including homepage content, content through the customer journey developing strategies to use the brand experience to drive engagement and loyalty through the Financial Services proposition.
