Here at N Brown, we’re looking for a Communications and Content Coordinator to join our marketing team on a 6-month contract covering maternity (may extend)

We will be looking for a creative thinker in this role with a minimum of two years’ experience working in a marketing communications role (preferably in Fashion Retail but not essential) with proven copywriting, campaign management and proofing skills!

Working with the Campaign and Communications Manager you will plan, develop and execute brand appropriate content and communications, always keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do!

To succeed in this role, you will need to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to truly drive brand awareness and growth! Therefore, you should be able to demonstrate strong communication skills as well as a highly collaborative attitude and commercial awareness

Your role in Communications and Content here at N Brown:

  • Manage the creative look and feel for all paper offers – from the first product briefing and flat plan to artwork checks and final sign off.
  • To brief and manage all commercial messaging, copy and tone of voice for all brand communications.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to be aware of selections for paper offers, communicating and sharing briefs and key messaging ensuring bespoke and targeted customer communications are created to support the best ROI and a personalised customer experience.
  • Work with the wider team on the monthly comms and content plans and supporting BAU email plans, ensuring that they tie back to the high-level plan and commercial objectives.
  • Ensure that campaign content and creative is executed and aligned across all channels, working closely with the product and online trading teams, organic social, and paid social to create tight and connected campaigns.
  • Develop engaging content, which encourages customers to emotionally connect with the brand, such as influencer and user generated content.
  • Work closely with the brand team to build and share seasonal toolkits and brand guidelines.
  • Work with key stakeholders in the creative team to ensure that we are maximising photography budgets.
