We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Adviser to join our Global Customer Care team.
Things you should know:
As our Customer Service Adviser, you will be providing support to our customers regarding all aspects of their account, this includes complaints, undertaking any investigations if needed and resolving these as quickly as possible whilst continually delivering a great service to our customers.
You will be the first line representation of N Brown to our customers, so this is the perfect opportunity if you are passionate about customers as you will be communicating with them across email, social media as well as over the telephone.

Our working week is 36.17 hours, on a four-week rota between 8am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday and 8am-6pm, Saturday’s and Sunday’s
Things we need from you:
- Experience of delivering great customer service and understanding what great looks like
- Previous experience within a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great team work ethic
- Proven organisational and prioritisation skills
