We are on the lookout for a Contact Centre Complaints Administrators to join our fast-paced Contact Centre.
Things you should know:
As our Contact Centre Complaints Administrator, you will be responsible for logging and confirming receipt of complaints from our customers and 3rd parties, processing and sorting incoming postal claims, tracking case deadlines and chasing and collating outstanding customer information
You will provide a great source of admin support to the wider Financial Services department, working closely with the wider team to work as effectively and efficiently during this busy period.

- Good administration skills (previous experience within a similar role is advantageous but not essential)
- Experience of MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great team work ethic
- Proven organisational and prioritisation skills
- A passion for delivering great customer service
