Things you should know:
As our Credit Risk Analyst, you will work closely with the Lending Manager to undertake an in depth understanding of our customer behaviour analytics to make recommendations to develop and improve lending policies and processes. This includes developing customer lending strategies to determine which new credit applications to proceed with and determine how much credit to offer our customers and on what terms.
This role will provide key analytical support in the development of customer level scoring models to support the risk assessment of our credit applicants across all credit products as well as create and undertake analysis to monitor the groups lending strategies are delivering as expected and where they are not highlight to management.

Things we need from you:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- An analytical way of thinking with the skill of spotting data trends/anomalies and turn data into insight
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of computer literacy, with a focus on Excel
- Confidence in delivering presentations/ reports
- Organisational and prioritisation skills
- Demonstrable understanding and experience of using SQL
