Are you passionate about fashion, branding and advertising? Are you interested in brand building and customer behaviour? Here at N Brown we are looking for a customer obsessed and results focused Brand and Advertising Coordinator to join the team!

Your role will be to assist in the creation, development and management of the brand identity as well as assisting in the creation, development and management of our communications and advertising strategy and execution.

Your role in Brand and Campaign Management:

  • Assist and coordinate the development, and management, of brand creative, and marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders, and external creative agencies.
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and manage campaign implementation under supervision of the Brand & Advertising manager.
  • Ensure campaign materials are aligned to overall brand vision and identity guidelines.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Be responsible for the content management of all brand and campaign materials.
  • Carry out post campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaigns.
  • Complete regular competitor, and best practice customer acquisition/brand/CX benchmarking and report to key stakeholders.


Skills you will need:

  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to successfully multi task
  • Experience in coordinating multi-channel creative projects
  • Brand, advertising and digital marketing knowledge and experience –
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers and build effective relationships
  • Stature, gravitas and confidence to gain the credibility and respect from all areas of the organisation.
