As Marketing Production Planner, you will support operational production planning and scheduling for all online and offline events, from sample to channel. Supported by systemic workflow tracking, to ensure the timely delivery of multi-channel projects and delivering on all planning, content creation and multi-channel production projects. 

You will support the improvements in production disciplines, timeliness and quality of output across our internal teams and external partners, by identifying efficiencies and improvements through a people, process and technology approach.

In addition to support the business as usual relationships with Creative Production partners, for all the N Brown Brands in the most efficient, quality focussed and cost-effective manner. Bringing clearly identified disciplines and process innovation to the changing landscape of marketing communications for N Brown.

  • Operational planning, scheduling and control of all internal/external asset production management across all retail channels, including any carried out by external partners.
  • Provide planning for all Studio360 shoots, including the booking of all external models etc.
  • Providing operational support and information as the Marketing Production Planning lead to Creative, Trading & Brand areas.
  • Create, manage and communicate transparent business planning that controls work for all channels, including reporting, analysis, capacity and external delivery.
  • Manage and communicate any change to schedules, status and potential cost/time/quality impacts.
  • Create & manage planning, scheduling and workflow standards to provide adherence, reporting, quality framework, SLA’s, KPI’s and delivery to channel for internal & external teams. Providing reports and analysis for constant improvements
  • Support and drive the operational efficiency of the planning, scheduling and workflow systems, tools and processes. Constantly looking for ways to improve, to ensure world class management and timely delivery of all product assets to all channels.
  • Support the development of new ways of working and knowledge share with the wider team. Targeting best practice methodology, communication and decision-making excellence for long term efficiencies.
  • Manage and challenge change to meet organisational expectations, reducing additional costs for late changes and supporting the risk reduction across all channels

What you need to succeed as a Production Planner here at N Brown?

  • Excellent knowledge of current online/offline processes for product asset production.
  • Excellent awareness of creative content, photography, digital, pre-media and print methodology
  • Ability to plan, schedule and manage complex multi-channel specifications and campaign production
  • Strives to deliver world class schedules & results
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • 5+ years in a production planning environment for retail marketing communications
