The People Team are now recruiting an Emerging Talent Programme Lead, who’s passionate about building and developing our apprentice and graduate talent pipelines. You’ll bring a fresh approach to attracting emerging talent to N Brown, championing our brand and bringing our EVP to life. You’ll also work with stakeholders to create and implement an innovative strategy that defines how we select, develop and assess this all-important talent pool.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as an integrated member of the L&D team within N Brown’s experienced People Team. It goes without saying that you will take a hands-on approach in designing and delivering the full life cycle of blended development programmes creating immersive learner journey’s inclusive of rotations, projects, mentoring, digital solutions, workshops and much more beyond!
Your role as Emerging Talent Lead:
To succeed in this role you will be organised with excellent consulting skills to understand and influence key stakeholders within our business.
You should also have experience of creating and delivering innovative and engaging development workshops and in turn, demonstrate a good understanding of the Apprenticeship Standards, Levy and End Point Assessors as well as knowledge of current trends and developments in L&D and the Emerging Talent space!
