An exciting opportunity has a risen within the Merchandising department for an Assistant Product Co-ordinator. The Assistant Product Coordinator works closely with the Product Coordinator to range products for online offers.

With a keen eye for styling, the Assistant Product Coordinator will demonstrate a creative flair with excellent attention to detail, ensuring that products are displayed in-line with the brief and customer expectations.

What you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Assisting the Product Coordinator to create online offers and digital bibles.
  • Working cross-functionally with the Marketing, Buying, Design and Photography teams. Coordinating accurate product information and ensuring it is available to all teams.
  • Presenting monthly ranges to the Marketing & Photography Teams.
  • Completing competitor and trend research. Translating this information into useful reports and insight for the Product Coordinator, Marketing and Buying teams.
  • Coordinating product samples to be sent to photo shoots and attend fittings.
  • Proof-checking artwork. Ensuring that all information is accurate and is in-line with brief and critical path dates. Identifying any risks to planned schedule and making these known to Product Coordinator.
  • Supporting data input.

 What you will need to succeed: 

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Fashion, Fashion Marketing, Buying & Merchandising, Fashion Styling is highly desirable
  • Experience in visual merchandising or styling within ladies wear fashion is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload.
  • Knowledge and understanding of working to and managing a critical path.
  • Strong team-player and communicator. Ability to work as part of a team to deliver a project.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • A genuine passion for fashion and strong commercial awareness. Must have knowledge and awareness of ladies wear and men’s wear fashion competitors and the latest industry trends.
