We are on the lookout for temporary Contact Centre Administrators to join our fast-paced Contact Centre to see us through our peak trading.

Things you should know:

As our Contact Centre Administrator, you will be responsible for logging and confirming receipt of complaints from our customers and 3rd parties, processing and sorting incoming postal claims, tracking case deadlines and chasing and collating outstanding customer information 

You will provide a great source of admin support to the wider Financial Services department, working closely with the wider team to work as effectively and efficiently during this busy period.

  • Good administration skills (previous experience within a similar role is advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience of MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great team work ethic
  • Proven organisational and prioritisation skills
  • A passion for delivering great customer service

We are recruiting for shifts covering Monday- Sunday, over a five day rota, between 8:00am and 10:00pm

You must be able to provide proof of Right to Work in the UK (passport or birth certificate) and be able to provide official documentation to show proof of your address (utility bill, driving licence etc)
