N Brown Group is currently recruiting for a Brand Site Optimisation Executive to join the trading and ecommerce division on a 12 month FTC. If you have an interest in user experience as well as Conversion Rate Optimisation this role will challenge and stretch your analytical and problem-solving capability!

Your role in Conversion Rate Optimisation:


  • Supporting the Digital Optimisation co-ordinators with defining, planning and implementing the optimisation strategy & roadmap. 
  • Gathering, analysing and blending qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities to improve user experience & customer journeys on the website.  
  • Contribute to and maintain a testing plan with clear hypotheses and goals based on data and customer feedback. Liaise with other teams such as the Web Development and Design teams to create, develop and put tests live. 
  • Monitor the performance of all testing and work with analytics team to collate and understand results and learnings. 
  • Provide ideas for test iterations to continually support business KPI’s & goals. 
  • Work closely with and support the rest of the E-commerce team with testing requirements around campaigns. 


What we need you to have:


  • Have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn 
  • Analytical and digitally literate with a genuine enthusiasm for ecommerce 
  • A genuine passion for improving customer experience and website optimisation is a must 
  • An understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation 
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask 
  • Ability to be flexible, to work collaboratively with others in a team orientated environment 
  • Experience using web analytical tools e.g. Google Analytics preferable 
  • Experience using Monetate or any A/B testing tools preferable (Software we use: Rich Relevance, Google Analytics, Monetate, Medallia, Bizaare Voice, Session Cam)
