We are looking for Payroll Project Administrator to join us for a three-month period, you will provide project support for the Payroll Team during implementation of a new integrated HR & Payroll Software package.

Daily Responsibilities as Payroll Project Administrator;

  • Testing of the new payroll system – running through payroll test scenarios to ensure result is accurate;
  • Project Support during parallel runs for the new payroll system; 
  • Support for Data Migration onto new System – ensuring employee data is accurate between the Legacy software and CoreHR; and
  • Any other daily activities required to support the payroll and implementation team.

What you will need to succeed;

  • Proven track of experience in payroll
  • Basic skills in the use of ICT especially Microsoft Excel
  • Willingness to embrace new challenges
  • Full understanding of all legislative statutory payments

In return, you’ll receive up to £25,000 per annum.
