As our team expands, we are on now recruiting a Customer Insight Analyst to join us here at N Brown. In this role you will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver insights that will support our goal of being the globally loved experts in fashion that fits.

You will be working across our websites and marketing campaigns as well as the wider business using a variety of tools and techniques to work with large datasets to provide commercially sound recommendations.

Your role as Customer Analyst here at N Brown:

  • Support and partner with the brand’s decision makers to ensure timely, comprehensive and insightful information that delivers business impact
  • Support product & forecasting processes with analytics’ 
  • Work on projects from initial analysis to implementation
  • Translate broad requests into specific technical requirements
  • Deliver reports as and when required

What you will need to succeed as Customer Insight Analyst:

  • Proven track of experience in data & analytics
  • The ability to engage, influence and manage stakeholders well
  • An ability to translate technical analysis and relate it to your audience
  • Be a good problem solver and solutions-orientated
  • Degree / MSc qualified within a relevant discipline (Mathematics, Science, IT etc)
  • Experience of SQL
