We’re looking for a motivated and commercially aware marketeer with a passion for retail and ecommerce to join our team as Ecommerce Trading and Content Coordinator.


Your role is to support and contribute to the delivery of the promotional plan and manage the creative and user journey. Working closely with Ecommerce, Design, Digital and UX colleagues, you will work towards demand and conversion targets; managing site content from brief to conclusion and measuring the success of each project.

 What you’ll be responsible in your role within Trading and Content Coordinator:


  • Briefing and signing off creative to deliver the promotional programme for the website. 
  • Proactively ensure that the websites are free of snags and issues, making suggestions for improved user experience and drive process to prevent issues. 
  • Ensuring all creative content is result driven; monitored, resulted on and analysed for continuing improvements. 
  • Meeting conversion rate targets and other digital KPI’s, by optimising the customer journey. 
  • Supporting projects or activities to drive more customers online and maximising all sale opportunities on the site. 
  • Working with the Conversion Rate Optimisation team to ensure all onsite links and customer journey are appropriately optimised. 
  • Ensuring all promotions reflect the brand identity & proposition values of the consumer.  
  • Logging and benchmarking all creative activity in accordance with team processes. 
  • Developing cross functional working relationships.  
  • Working with the merchandise teams to ensure the brand values are correctly represented online. 
  • Ensuring a consistent and relevant customer experience across mobile, tablet and desktop as well as synchronising with offline. 
  • Completion of all required weekly and ad hoc reports.
