As our Digital and UX Analytics Lead you will collaborate with key teams, such as UX, Trading, Media and Planning, to deliver and present analytics/ reports to drive decision making. You will manage projects from end to end, line manage and be proactive in problem solving and make recommendations to improve the customer/user experience, smashing business KPIs.

The Role of Digital and UX Analyst

  • Make recommendations for improved UX performance for users
  • Line manage as well as develop analysts in the wider team
  • Quantify benefits of digital initiatives and measure on delivery
  • Partner and be trusted advisor to UX and IT squads
  • Create/manage dashboards to measure performance of digital experiences

What are we looking for?

  • Experience of engaging, influencing and managing stakeholders well
  • Experience of managing projects from start to finish
  • Strong communication, business partnering and presentation skills
  • Open-minded, flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to embrace challenges and to learn
  • Strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with an ability to manage a varied workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Degree / MSc qualified within a relevant discipline (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, IT or Marketing etc) is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience of App analytics is also desirable
  • Expert in a Web Analytics tool (for example Google Analytics, Adobe analytics or Celebrus)
  • Experience of SQL or Python/R or other analytical programming languages is also desirable.
  • Experience of (next generation) BI tools such as Power BI, Qlikview or Tableau is also desirable
