N Brown Group are looking to appoint a new Creative Designer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with a passion for graphic and digital design and the ability to lead projects, with a keen eye for detail. You will be passionate about design, branding & illustration, and keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest trends in the world of fashion and design.


The Role


As Creative Designer you will be a confident, self-starter with a can-do attitude. As someone with a breadth of creative experience you will be happy to work alone as well as part of a team, leading projects. You will be a strong communicator and have trust in your initiatives, and be able to guide your colleagues on your vision for design concepts. You will be working closely with the Senior Creative team and the Brand team and enjoy variety in your role. 


What we need from you


  • Be a part of content creation for marketing campaigns, promoting awareness and supporting long-term marketing strategies
  • Be forward-thinking and produce unique ideas for strategic marketing initiatives for digital products
  • Be a creative problem-solver working alongside marketing and creative teams
  • Produce high-quality design, working in line with brand standards in the execution of marketing materials from concept to delivery
  • Develop and update creative brand guidelines
  • Support multimedia design across our various platforms by experimenting with imagery, gifs, animation and video
  • Create and maintain a cohesive visual style guide to ensure consistency for the brand across different platforms
  • Support marketing initiative with the creation of digital assets (images, graphics, illustrations)


What are we looking for?


  • 3+ years’ experience with commercial brand and digital design
  • Understanding of UX/ UI design experience 
  • Strong portfolio
  • Competent with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD
  • Able to work to tight deadlines, with good time management, working across various projects at any one time
  • Strong brand development skills and creativity
  • Ability to work through design projects from pitch to delivery, ideally having experience working with fashion brands through to retail start-ups
