We are currently looking for a Wholesale Operation Assistant who can help the operations manager successfully deliver the Wholesale operational strategy including the effective management of all existing/new wholesale operational processes.

What you’ll be responsible for:


  • Manage the flow of Partner order data to our third-party refurb company as well as the on-going management of the master partner refurbishment trackers


  • Ensure that stock is picked from core business stock as it becomes available to serve both pre-orders and replenishment orders when necessary


  • Responsible for the creation of weekly order status & third-party refurb updates (order status, dispatches, stock holding), as well as aiding in the creation of the weekly partnerships operational update report


  • Manage the movement of stock into the third-party refurb company from multiple sources including Shaw DC, UK Suppliers and Far East direct shipments, as well as the movement of stock from the third-party refurb company into partner DCs using various distribution companies. Ensure all delivery data is correctly recorded/manifested for auditing purposes


  • Provide forecasts & detailed data to Shaw DC for partnership deliveries, Q35 picks & manual box picks on a weekly basis


  • Help with the creation of invoice data for the commercial finance team, as well as the recording of all partner penalty charges, and returns data


  • Liaising with our partners and answering operational queries, making them aware of issues etc


  • Helping manage the operations critical path to ensure that deadlines are reached


  • Help create and maintain the partner specific operational guides & processes as well as the general partnership operation guides & processes
  • Any other duties required by the line manager that are appropriate with the post, grade and level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training


What you will need to succeed:


  • Minimum 1 Year in a Wholesale assistant position or equivalent


  • Communication - Demonstrates high standards of verbal and written communication


  • Ability to respond to change, and being able to adapt accordingly to changing circumstances


  • The ability to problem-solve using collaboration, creative thinking and innovation


  • Strong working knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, formulas and macros


  • Excellent attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise busy workloads and adapt to changing priorities


  • Be driven and self-motivated
