We are currently recruiting a PPC Lead who will plan, manage and oversee the delivery of our paid search campaigns across multiple brands!

We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist with extensive and demonstrable experience in planning, buying and delivering display campaigns via networks, media owners and direct via programmatic platforms. As a digital marketing professional who understands the ever-changing media landscape you will be curious and brave, developing ambitious and innovative media plans & creative strategies to drive the business forward.

Leading the team of PPC Executives here at N Brown, you will coach and develop, motivate and mentor shaping the team o be the best they can be!  You will be the eyes and ears of the business for paid search & the wider digital industry; keeping up to date with developments in digital, spotting opportunities and assessing impact on our brands.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop our paid search capability with focus on data driven optimisation, PPC profitability and incrementality, effective tracking and insightful reporting.
  • Plan paid search activity including strategy, budgets, targets and optimisations in order to reach business objectives in conjunction with the PPC Manager.
  • Oversee implementation of activity, ensuring you, your team and agencies/partners deliver excellent results.
  • Evaluate success of campaigns against clear targets; analyse results and identify opportunities; feedback performance and actions taken to the PPC Manager, Head of Performance Media and Trading teams.
  • Create best practice methodologies to help us deliver a digital centre of excellence in the business.
  • Help create integrated digital campaigns by working with digital colleagues and other teams to find innovative ways to reach & communicate with our customers across channels & environments.
  • Help manage external agencies & third parties: ensure high quality of work to deadline and budget; develop and maintain positive and strong business relationship.

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive and demonstrable experience in planning & implementing PPC campaigns.
  • Understands the ever-changing PPC landscape and able to come up with ambitious and innovative plans & creative strategies.
  • Fully conversant with the technical needs of the role including Search Ads 360, Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics etc.
  • Results orientated & commercially focussed; comfortable crunching numbers to identify opportunities and focus on ROI; highly competent in excel and working with data; keen eye for detail; a full understanding of financial implications of campaigns.
  • Diligent: will treat campaign budgets as if it is their own money.
  • Can use experience to predict future outcomes and can use this for effective planning and optimisation decisions.
